Over The Rainbow Transformations

Hi girls,

   My name is Isabel.  I am happy to be the newest addition to the Over the Rainbow family. 
   I am originally from Portland Oregon, but grew up in California.  I attended Esthetician school in Florida and have a passion for makeup and beauty.
   I will be offering new services at Over the Rainbow such as "Walk and Talk with Isabel". Plus makeup with a different flair. 
   My makeup abilities extend from an everyday look to Drag. I have had extensive studies on feminine speech, mannerisms and walking.  
   I love making people feel beautiful and happy with themselves.  So whatever look you are going for,  I'm sure I can create something very special and unique for you so you can bring out your inner beauty!
